Genius Hour Post #3- My Sentence
"She remembered she was worth it!" That's my sentence. For me, it's all about balance. I am constantly putting myself last, and it is not uncommon for me to make excuses as to why I don't have time to go to yoga. I don't quite understand it because I know how good yoga makes me feel. When I showed up to one of my favorite instructor's classes this week she asked me where I'd been. Note that I am consistent during the summer months and tend to decline around November... I told her I just hadn't been making time for myself. She said, "You can't pour from an empty cup!" I think that's what I will think about this week! Symbolism
